Returns policy

We at Good Hair Ltd pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. All our hair products are derived directly from its country of origin and are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the industry.

As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements.
  • All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
  • In the specific case of customized lace wigs, lace frontals and lace closures, they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Privacy policy

Good Hair Ltd guarantees to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We vow not to collect personal sensitive material without your consent. When placing your order, you may submit personal data to Good Hair Ltd.

This information will be kept confidentially and securely and will only be used for the agreed purposes of processing your order and fraud prevention

Delivery policy

Orders for delivery within the UK are £12 and is sent by Royal Mail. Delivery time is next day guaranteed delivery for orders received before 4pm.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. Please note that orders placed by 4pm on Friday for next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9am - 1pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).

Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.

International orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, which is charged at £25. Delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Express International orders for delivery is charged at £65. International signed for orders to Africa are sent by DHL.

Delivery time is 2-3 working days and is charged at £70. Delivery time for all International orders should be received before 4pm GMT.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. Both standard and express services are track-able online.
